Dump Bachmann has a press release from the Congresswoman's office in regards to the "surge".

"Tonight's speech from President Bush is a good first step in explaining to
the American people the course toward victory in Iraq. We must never forget that
victory is the only acceptable outcome in a war against radical jihadists.

Wouldn't a good first step been more relevant 46 months ago?
