Right wing race and religion attack on Barack Obama

I got this email from someone yesterday. It's a hate filled attack on Barack Obama's religion
Wow, this is something else! Why is this not being made known in this campaign?

Who is Barack Obama?
1-U. S. presidential candidate, Barack Hussein Obama
2-Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, Father:Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., a black Muslim from Nyangoma-Kogel, Kenya; Mother:Ann Dunham, a white atheist from Wichita, Kansas. Obama's parents met at the University of Hawaii. When Obama was two years old, his parents divorced.
Father: Returned to Kenya.
Mother: Married Lolo Soetoro, a radical Muslim from Indonesia.

3-When Obama was 6 years old, the family relocated to Indonesia.

4-Obama attended a Muslim school in Jakarta. He also spent two years in a Catholic school.

5-Obama takes great care to conceal the fact that he is a Muslim. He Is quick to point out that,"He was once a Muslim, but that he also attended Catholic school."

6-Obama's political handlers are attempting to make it appear that Obama's introduction to Islam came via his father, and that this influence was, temporary. In
reality, the senior Obama returned to Kenya Soon after the divorce, and never again had any direct influence over His son's education.

7-Lolo Soetoro, the second husband of Obama's
mother, Ann Dunham, introduced his stepson to Islam.

8-Obama was enrolled in a Wahabi school in Jakarta. Wahabism is the radical teaching that is followed by the Muslim terrorists who are now waging Jihad against the western world. Since it is politically expedient to be a Christian when seeking Major public office in the United States, Barack Hussein Obama has joined the United Church of Christ in an attempt to downplay his Muslim background. Let us all remain alert concerning Obama's presidential candidacy.

Please forward to everyone you know. The Muslims have said they plan on destroying the US from the inside out, what better way to start than at the highest level.

GOD BLESS AMERICA

And Brodkorb says the liberals went to great lenghts to discredit Ray Cox? Wow.

I'll have a bit more up later today about my thoughts on Iowa last night. It was an impressive win by Obama and I am thrilled that Edwards took second. Similar to my favorite Congressional Campaign, the Edwards Campaign has been called "an angry campaign".

I'll tell you later why I am "angry" and why that's not so bad.

Check out this new study on how American's from different political parties and religions view muslims.

What a Difference a Shawl Makes

- Perceptions Differ of Woman With and Without a Shawl on her Head -

FLEMINGTON, N.J., Jan. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- A new national study of more
than 600 Americans revealed that a woman wearing a shawl or hijab,
typically worn by Muslim women, is viewed significantly different than the
same woman without the traditional headwear.

(Logo: http://www.newscom.com/cgi-bin/prnh/20071204/NYTU133LOGO )

The study was conducted by HCD Research, using its mediacurves.com web
site during January 2-3, to determine whether Americans possess different
views of a woman based on whether or not she wears traditional Muslim
headwear.

Participants were divided into two randomly assigned groups. Members of
each group were asked to view one of two separate photos of an attractive
young woman. Neither photo was identified in any way. Each sample was then
asked identical questions about the woman, her age, perceived personality,
activities, and how acceptable she might be as a neighbor.

One-third of participants indicated that they would rather have the
woman with the traditional headwear live in another place, another city,
and maybe out of the U.S., as opposed to living in their neighborhood.
However, a clear majority of participants (89%) reported that the woman
without the shawl would be welcome in their neighborhood.

The woman with the shawl on her head was perceived as somewhat older,
and somewhat better off financially than the woman without the shawl. While
the woman with the shawl was more likely to be a stay at home mother, the
woman without the shawl might be a working married woman.

The woman with the shawl on her head was also viewed as much more
traditional than the woman without the shawl. Participants also indicated
that the woman with the shawl was strict and rigid, a good wife and devoted
mother. She was also perceived as keeping to herself or a tight circle of
people. Conversely, the woman without the shawl was perceived to be lively,
friendly, and humorous. She was also viewed as a person who "always looks
at the bright side" and might even be the life of the party.

Overwhelmingly, both photos of the woman were viewed as being
attractive. However, more people thought the woman with the shawl was
beautiful, and both women were seen as trustworthy.

At the end of the questionnaire, the participants specifically
identified the woman with the shawl on her head as Middle-Eastern in origin
and a Muslim; the woman without the shawl was perceived as an American and
a Catholic (maybe Protestant or Jewish).

Thanks for posting.

Looks like we finally have the Manchurian Candidate.

Where did this come from … Virgil Goode ?? Steve King ??

Could the attack on Obama be part of the illegal immigrant fear-mongering posse ? After all Obama was a co-sponsor (along with Republicans Sam Brownback, Lindsey Graham and Mel Martinez) of John McCain’s Secure America and Orderly Immigration Act (S 1033)?

Silly me, I never bothered to research his genealogy.
I vote based on the issues.
I evaluated Obama on his work on the Foreign Relations Committee where he has been most impressive … especially when you consider that Norm Coleman has occupied a chair on the same committee. I suspect if you compare the committee votes Obama, Lugar and Hagel were in sync on many issues. Was Bush fooled by Lugar’s name on the Lugar-Obama Cooperative Proliferation Detection and Interdiction Assistance Act of 2006 which he signed into law December 26,2006 . The bill has been modeled after the Nunn-Lugar Act of 1991 and addressed securing conventional weapons stockpiles.
On top of working with McCain and Lugar, he also worked with Tom Dr. Death Coburn to get enacted the Coburn-Obama Transparency Act. This bill was pushed by right-leaning blogs such as Porkbusters and GOPProgress and resulted in online access for how federal funds are dispersed.

McCain, Lugar, Coburn have all fallen for the Manchurin Candidate !

It’s the issues not the name … heck, I wouldn’t hold being named Willard against “Mitt” Romney.
