Do Erik Paulsen, John Kline and Brian Davis Agree with Michele Bachmann?

Michele Bachmann has been the poster woman for conservatism in Minnesota.

Her insane comments on Hardball and Larry King are ignited a progressive groundswell in Minnesota.

We need to ask some of Bachmann's closest friends where they stand on this.

I hope the press and voters begin to ask Norm Coleman, Erik Paulsen, Brian Davis, and John Kline what they think of Congresswoman Bachmann's comments.

BTW, El Tinklenberg has raised nearly $100,000 at Act Blue since this story broke!

Incredible.

Frankly, I agree that a review of members of Congress to determine if their personal and professional actions are anti-American are warranted.

Would not paying your property taxes on time or not filing your Congressional Personal Disclosure form on time be anti-patroitic ? That would make Congresswoman Bachmann anti-American. Her back property taxes have now been paid up but I suppose that the media will be so busy talking to all the other members of Congress that they will not have time to find out if Congresswoman Bachmann paid her $200 fine for late filing of her Disclosure form.
Or how about revealing “classified” information when she told a reporters about Iran’s secret plan to partition Iraq and turn half of the country into a “terrorist safe haven zone” called the “Iraq State of Islam.” That would be Congresswoman Bachmann in February 2007 who would not reveal her source but said “There’s already an agreement made. They are going to get half of Iraq and that is going to be a terrorist safe haven zone where they can go ahead and bring about more terrorist attacks in the Middle East region and then to come against the United States because we are their avowed enemy.” Since this knowledge was not readily available it must be “classified” and anyone that revealed “classified” information must be anti-American, right ?

Sadly, since Kline and Coleman have been quiet about her comments and actions in the past, they will continue to do so. Davis on the other hand has followed the Bachmann practice of late property tax payments ... in two states!

Coleman's problems are deeper. He sits on the Foreign Relations Committee and has opposed Dick Lugar (R-IN) and Obama and Biden on how to deal with other countries. Coleman vocally supported John Bolton for UN Ambassador even though Bolton said that the top ten floors of the UN could be blown away and no one could tell the difference. I don't know if Bolton is anti-American but certainly Coleman's judgment must be questioned for supporting a man that advocating blowing up a building in New York City.

Equally sad, with her strong supporters who got their voting orders in 2006 right from the pulpit, she will be re-elected.

Other than Bachmann though, I suspect that the media will find pro-Americans in Congress.
