On the heels of Ashwin Madia blowing Erik Paulsen's $600k fundraising figure out of the water today, DFL endorsed CD 6 candidate Elwyn Tinklenberg filed his FEC report today, showing he raised about $272,000 last quarter and has about $225,000 cash on hand.

Marines do what Marines do...they win battles. Madia just won another big battle...GO Madia!! Paulsen’s fundraiser headlined by Dick Cheney is enough to make most candidates lose hope and stop fighting. Madia instead engaged the people and reinvigorated the sense of esprit de corps in the citizenry of our country. People came…and they came on time. They came to the tune of $692,940.62 during the second quarter of 2008, outraising Republican opponent Paulsen by about $90,000. A Marine backed by the will of the people is unstoppable. Remember this…It’s not the size of the dog in the fight that counts, it’s the size of the fight in the dog. “WE THE PEOPLE” GOT FIGHT!! GO TEAM MADIA!!
